Terms of Use

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These terms apply to the GridMe iPhone app (“GridMe”, “the app”), made by Drink More Warm Water, LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GridMe on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.

Your content

Your memos belong to you. They are stored on your device, or in your own iCloud account if you turn on iCloud Sync, and we cannot access them. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping your devices and iCloud account secure.

GridMe Pro

GridMe Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. It unlocks iCloud Sync and Share Card. The four dimensions and writing memos stay free.

Apple processes the payment. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account and use Restore Purchase on the Pro page in Settings. Pro is tied to the Apple Account that bought it.

Changes to the app

We may update, change or stop offering parts of the app.

No warranty

GridMe is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Keep anything important somewhere else as well.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for GridMe Pro. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple’s Standard EULA

These terms are in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Where these terms are silent, or give you less protection than the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
